I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My mom is moving to the area from out of town and trying to plan a move into her new property. Despite three attempts to talk to someone to arrange the move in (as required by the condo by laws), absolutely no one has called her back and the only person she's gotten in touch with at the front desk tells her that it'll be two weeks before anyone can help her. I live in a condo "managed" by Rafco, and they are the absolute worst, with very questionable accounting practices and little open communication with residents of the buildings they manage. For example, if they believe you owe them a fine or a late charge they do not contact you immediately to resolve the issue, but wait for months, meanwhile tacking on more late charges, unbeknownst to you. Rafco is definitely not the right property management company for a small association. I was on the board of our condo association for over 5 years and saw their service level and business strategy take a remarkable turn for the worse. They do not care about smaller associations. I really don't know where to start with their horrible service. As a homeowner and as a board member, I made SEVERAL requests that went ignored. Worst management company in St Louis. Very unprofessional staff. Does not complete work in a timely manner. Several staff members are very rude. I am in the Real Estate profession and this company is by far the worst I have dealt with.
Beautiful place to live but horrible management. RAFCO staff is very unprofessional and are not forthright in explaining or addressing concerns that have been broached. I am highly disappointed with them and I have never felt more disrespected and unappreciated from any management company I have ever dealt with. Terrible disappointment.
