We have used Rafael's Body Auto services since 2010 and every single time we were more than satified with the result and their services. They have serviced my daughter's, my husband's, coworkers and friends cars. Raphael is very professional, supper honest , timely and very helpful and understanding. when we need to fix the exterior of our cars , there is no other place we would think of except Raphael's Body Auto. I’ve been taking my cars to Rafael for years. My Porsche, Mercedes, Ford, Audi. Even motorcycles. Everything has been perfect and he/they are kind, helpful and fast. Rafael is very friendly, welcoming, considerate and professional. He did an awesome job on my car, it looks like nothing ever happened.
Rafael does a great job every time. Took my BMW there, took my Mini Cooper there, took my Buick there. One part for the Buick was unavailable from the manufacturer with no eta. He put my car together and I drove it while I waited months for the part. Every two weeks I received a message from Rafael with an update on the status of the backordered part.
