If I had paid attention to the negative reviews about Dr. Sierra and his front desk staff, mentioning rudeness and unprofessional behavior, I wouldn't be able to share my own positive experience. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Sierra for his kindness, patience, professionalism, and attentiveness during my visit. He is truly the best doctor in Broward County, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking excellent medical care. Horrible doctor grilled Me on why I left a hospital tha didn’t follow Protocol and refused to give me anesthesia in surgery room after doctor didn’t do his job? No bearing on why I looked For Another doctor totally out of line and unprofessional had horrible god like complex attitude told me other doctors and tried and tried medicines failed his way only when it’s my body stay far far away!
I’m truly grateful to the Dr. Sierra and their team for the way they cared for me. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel calm and understood. The Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly and put me at ease, and the team was always kind, patient, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt safe, supported, and genuinely well cared for. Thank you so much.
The front office staff are awful. They are very argumentative even when they are wrong. First they had the wrong insurance then they call the wrong phone number implying it was not legible.. A 5 vs a 1.. Absurd. They miscommunicate information and are not transparent with charging until you arrive at the office. Dr. Sierra is extremely rude and condescending. With all the medical providers in the area find a more professional staff and physician. Multiple disappointing experiences.
Terrible bedside manner. Extremely rude physician and incompetent staff. Not clear on charges even when asked nor what procedures he is doing.
