I was so disappointed today going into Erie house. I have been going there since 2006 & I have always recommended Erie house to all my friends and family but Araceli has the worse attitude towards ppl, that makes you not want to go there no more, or tell ppl about Erie house. I think for all the years she been there her attitude would be different but it's worse now.

I honestly love this place, I live in the south side, and every time I make my appointments, I’m always I. And out, as soo. As I get there I’m already getting token care of. This has been my go-to doctor since I gave birth to my child, they have their own emergency room. Honestly no complaints I love it here. Just the drive sucks for myself, but I wouldn’t hesitate to take the drive
Switch over and love love love the doctors for myself and my daughter got taken care of right away the wait isn’t long at all like some doctors offices waiting 30 to 45 mins to get checked in a room and then waiting in the room for another half a hour to only talk to the doctor for 1 minuet this is the complete opposite the staff is so friendly and answer any questions you have.
