“Your lower body doesn’t affect your upper body” - Rafael Sierra. This man can’t answer basic questions a physical therapist or an older man on the street with surgery history could. I wouldn’t trust this man, he’ll make you feel secure, all while knowingly he’s about to perform the wrong surgery for you. What a team he has , found out it wasn't nececerely my hip replacement gone bad but my spine surgery may be causing the dislocation problems. Would highly recommend him!
I was a little concerned about seeing Dr. Sierra after reading some of these online reviews, especially since I flew over 1,000 miles to see him. I am so happy I didn’t base my decision to see him on the reviews I read. Dr. Sierra was absolutely wonderful! He spent much more time with me than expected and listened to every concern I had. He addressed every question I had and never once made me feel stupid about my questions or concerns. Dr. Sierra replaced both of my knees one year apart. The first was in 2015. Both are doing wonderfully. He is absolutely top notch. I came out with a " matched" set of knees and even the incisions are barely discernable. I am ever so grateful for the vast improvement in my mobility and the fabulous care I received while in his care.
