Dr Jordan need to do a reevaluation on staff members especially nurse Amber! She’ll call you leave a voicemail and when you call back someone at front desk will say she’s at her desk I’m going to transfer you and she never picks up never open her phone lines! This has happened multiple times im so sick of it! It isn’t funny! Dr Hatch office would never! Wish he was still here. But no disrespect to Dr Jordan still a cool Dr but he needs to do a clean up on staff!
Had my 4th son at Dr's hospital yesterday and it was as great of an experience as it was with my last visit here to have my 3rd son. Dr. Rafael Jordan was an absolute pleasure to have as our doctor and delivered our son to us with the utmost respect, professionalism and precision. His ability to connect with parents is extraordinary. He can make intense moments feel easy and He is an amazing doctor that genuinely loves his job, the people and the parents involved.
