I had an excellent service experience at RAF Auto Clinic. Raymond was a true professional. Welcoming me when I walked into the shop immediately, no uncomfortable wait. He took me in before schedule (I was the first appointment of the day) A quick tire change and then he gave me some advice to keep my engine running smoothly for a long time. Great service. Took my Macan S here for an oil change and AC issue. Raymond provided a thorough explanation of the issue and pointed out errors from the previous mechanic. Would come back.
Ever since I’ve found Raymond he’s been my go to mechanic. He is knowledgeable, experienced, straight forward, and honest. He takes time to explain things for a person who doesn’t understand cars. His prices are fair for the excellent work he does.
Raymond was patient and explained things to me carefully and honestly. Serviced my AC on a Volkswagen and the silly issue was resolved. He warrants work and requested I come by in a week for a follow up whether slow leak. Highly recommend RAF for volkswagen servicing, Raymond is super knowledgeable
