I had a terrible experience at the ER. It was a very crowded waiting room, long wait times, patients were triaged then put back into the waiting room. I spent 2.5 hrs there for chest pain, jaw pain, and high bp. I was seen for approx 45 mins and billed over $22K for the services! I was misdiagnosed with fish poisoning and actually was an infection that needed a root canal.

Dr Dang has treated me for thyroid for 7 years. He continues to only do the basic thyroid test even though mycsymptoms are worse and I have 3 nodules on my thyroid. I have family history of hypothyroid for 3 generations. Doctor in Texas had me on Armour medication. Dr Dang continues to refuse me any extensive thyroid testing. Im done feeling worse and worse. Doesnt he care? He told me, "Go back to that doctor in Texas!!" He is the definition of a snarky, uncaring doctor. Beware!! Dr. DANG doesnt care!

Primum non nocere. First, do no harm. It is the foundational principle of medical practice, and it apparently did not make the impression on Dr. Nhan that medical school should have left. I came in with real concerns. They were dismissed. Questions went unanswered. My history was treated as an inconvenience rather than a clinical picture worth understanding. I just spent 1 hour and 15 minutes sitting in the ER with 7 other people. I'm in so much pain that I felt like I would pass out. Not one person was called back. Better try community hospital if you need to go to an er. Or, call for an ambulance. You're sure to get right in.

i have been admitted to St. Peters hospital several times in preparation of heart procedures, I always was treated with professional curtesy and found my waiting time to see my provider very short and acceptable. The providers were always detailed in what was going on with my symptoms and what they suggested what should be down. There was very little waiting time to have me admitted to the hospital in preparation for my procedures I was admitted 3 time in the last month and I cannot give you the names of all the staff... read more

I was seen by an orthopedic surgeon at another practice and wanted a second opinion. My PCP put in a referral for Providence Newberg Orthopedics. I received a phone call from the office and answered their questions and was told they would call back to set up the appointment. I waited a week and called back to get the appointment set up because my knee is really hurting. the front desk lady was so rude, she would not give me her name and kept hanging up the phone. very unprofessional , i have never been spoken to this way by a doctors office.

Almost any doctor connected with Facey is going to be pretty limited. This is one of the worst I've encountered so far. Great bedside manner... Facey doctors all have that. That's where it ends. This character would let you die before he does anything. Schedules appt. two months in advance, then says he needs more information (an MRI), then says to get one (at a Facey place of course), then come back in two months and in the meantime take 4 Tylenol per day!
