Very unprofessional! I gave directions on how to get here, apparently worker found my mailbox but couldn't find my house?? I only found that out after he still wasn't here two hrs after he was supposed to show! I had to pick up the phone and find out what was going on, I was told he'd still be there he never showed and when I tried to call and find out if and when they'd reschedule the moron in the office had taken the phone off the hook, wasted my entire day waiting on people that can't respect others time! I woke up one morning to my water heater spraying water in the closet where it is located. Panicked I called Raeford Plumbing and they replaced it with an AO Smith water heater within 2 hrs of my call. They were very professional and courteous as well as favorably priced. I highly recommend this company and refer them often to friends who always report satisfaction. Next plumbing issue I have I will be calling Raeford Plumbing.
