RENTER BEWARE - About 5 yr. old apts. Lg amt of mold an dampness in most downstairs 1st floor apartments. Maintenance & management are very aware and still painting over it, re-renting, ignoring each persons health.
It's a nice place to live and it's closer to my job,and plus it would be better for my kids place for kids to go to school
DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are too many illegal things that happen here. I have been asked on 2 occasions to forge another individual's signature. (I refused) I have all of the proof (receipts, bank statements, re-certification forms, and late rent notices) saying what my rent has been. I am now being told that my rent is over almost $150 more than what it has been and the current manager (who has worked here for 2 days and is our 4th manager in under 12 months) told me that I have to pay it because that is what it HAS been and... read more
It's terrible. Many break-ins, and it's been through about 3 Landlords in the past year and a half that i have been residing there. the landlord there now, is terrible to say the least. she is very unprofessional and i've been waiting for maintenance to at least come LOOK at my sink for the past year. every 6 months i'm told my rent is increasing, and i've had two break-ins since i have been residing there. basically, i'm searching for a new place to live.
