Very smooth delivery process and beautiful flowers
I picked up a beautiful full pothos in a nice planter. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was very helpful in helping me in my decision for the color of the bow. It was a bereavement gift, so l wanted the bow to be appropriate. They have many plant arrangements and another staff member was making very nice flower arrangements. I will most definitely use them again. Very professional! Thank you. Sorry, I didn't think to take a picture.
Website glitches, multiple charges, and embarrassing quality. The terrible experience started right on their website. Their system had a glitch that kept "rejecting" my payment and prompting me to resubmit it. After five attempts—using two different credit cards—I started getting alerts that they had actually charged my cards for all five transactions.
