Website glitches, multiple charges, and embarrassing quality. The terrible experience started right on their website. Their system had a glitch that kept "rejecting" my payment and prompting me to resubmit it. After five attempts—using two different credit cards—I started getting alerts that they had actually charged my cards for all five transactions. The flowers I got delivered for my birthday are absolutely beautiful! I really love that they take the time to hand write the message of the sender for you - it really adds that personalized touch.

Sean was extremely kind, patient, polite, & helpful in the decision making process. Everything from the 'SPECIAL' instructions to the 'Anonymous card" Every detail was documented & sent via e-mail.
