I waited for over a month for my appointment. His office called a few days before my appointment to say he was not accepting new patients (although they had previously confirmed my appointment) and said I needed to take an appointment with another provider. This other appointment with this provider would be an additional 45 wait on top of the 1 month I had already been waiting. So.... don't waste your time with this office, since they don't respect your time either!

During my physical exam on Jun 2, 2021, I was impressed with the Dr. Ringenberg's exceptional skill as a through medical physician complemented by respectful conduct in caring for the patient.
My husband got the same letter! pt over 12 yrs!~ very rude!

He must be a simplistic primary care doctor, just refused to see my mom due to not dealing with patients that have Alzheimer's or feeding tubes. My parents just moved to the area and needed new pcp. Home health recommended him, boy were they ever wrong! Wouldn't even give a referral to someone who does deal with these things. Would not recommend him, especially if you have something complex....

I been with this guy for 15 years and for what I assume is cancelling appointments due to my work schedule and his lack of availability. I say assume because my wife and I got a pretty cold letter in the mail with no explanation why he was terminating his services to my entire family. Maybe he has so many patients he can just toss aside a 15 year relationship. Oh he did give us until Spet 8th to see him as if I could get an appointment in that time frame.
He is very caring and takes all the time you need to discuss your health issues. I never feel rushed and he is always willing to answer my questions and explain things in a way that I can understand.
