We had such a wonderful experience here! The staff was kind, present, helpful and reassuring. We were able to schedule an appointment and be seen within the hour. They gave us great medical advice and solutions. Thank you to everyone who helped us last night
i brought my daughter in earlier today and i was surprised at how attentive and efficient the staff were, from the triage nurse down to the person who gave us discharge instructions. very efficient MA and RN, and the doctor took the time to explain what is happening and what to look out for if it worsens. i walked in expecting 2.7 stars service as the website shows, but experienced a 10 star service from start to finish.
This past Sunday we had a wonderful experience. We got in seen and on are way in 1 hour. The staff were so friendly and everything was spotless! Highly recommend this location.
If I could give a 10* I would, my experience starting with the check in process to the back with the nurse and doctor, (btw the doctor was amazing), and so where her assistants and nurses .
We traveled one hour to have the appointment for my son and we got delayed due to huge traffic. We got delayed by 10 mins from the appointment time. As per rule, we have to reschedule the appointment if we are late by 15 mins. The doctor did not thought of seeing and asked to reschedule . So, total 2 hours wasted for us for just being 10 mins late. The doctor should be more flexible and listened. Its was for full eye test , so the doctor does not need to be there for whole 2 hours.
