Left my old review, because legitimately that happened back then, but I actually had to go back this year 2x after I swore I would never, but kid with gaping hole in her head, and 104 degree temperature and couldn't get her into her doctor. Palomar wouldn't or couldn't help us because she's too small, but I have to say, they must have some different people running the place, or things have just changed. 100% turn around! I absolutely love the care and time Dr. H Justino dedicates to my daughter when we are there. The patience he has; has been far the best we have encountered. I am truly grateful to have met him and see the care he gives not only to my child but to others as well. You can fully tell when someone loves their job! Thank you Dr. H Justino and front staff, and EKG/ECHO RN's who have also been amazing!
Took 2 hours for them to tell us they can't help my daughter. Then sent her to the hospital... lame
We had such a wonderful experience here! The staff was kind, present, helpful and reassuring. We were able to schedule an appointment and be seen within the hour. They gave us great medical advice and solutions. Thank you to everyone who helped us last night
i brought my daughter in earlier today and i was surprised at how attentive and efficient the staff were, from the triage nurse down to the person who gave us discharge instructions. very efficient MA and RN, and the doctor took the time to explain what is happening and what to look out for if it worsens. i walked in expecting 2.7 stars service as the website shows, but experienced a 10 star service from start to finish.
