This place is a joke honestly they will Give you the run around i went there saw Dr.Bonsai or Bansai Preeti and I told her my daughter has eye allergies specified the URGENCY of her prescribing steroids and I swear I was speaking a foreign language or something she ignored me and talked over me and rushes me out because she was behind schedule mind you how is that my problem called to get it took care of and was told no basically I wasted my time this lady or Doctor does not care at all she is a waste of time please go else'... read more
Took months to get an appointment every time we try to schedule! Then they made a big deal about us being a few minutes late for check-in when we would have arrived well before our actual appointment time. I also had my 17 year old son go inside to check-in while I tried to park in the very full parking lot, and they wouldnt even check him in fully until I went inside. Then we had to sit and wait more than 30 minutes after our appointment time for them to call us back! Horrible experience here, and I definitely do not recomm... read more
