Took months to get an appointment every time we try to schedule! Then they made a big deal about us being a few minutes late for check-in when we would have arrived well before our actual appointment time. I also had my 17 year old son go inside to check-in while I tried to park in the very full parking lot, and they wouldnt even check him in fully until I went inside. Absolutely terrible. Avoid like the plague, because that's what you'll get if you go there!
We visited Rady Children’s Hospital after waiting almost three months for an ophthalmology appointment. Unfortunately, our toddler had a fever and watery eyes on the same day, and was very cranky and unwell. At check-in, we requested to reschedule, but the assistant told us it would take another six months, so the only option with us is to go ahead with the visit. Never go to Rady's. Ever. They will charge you so much and you can't do anything about it. I have great insurance but they bill everything as a facility visit and it's pure fraud. They charged us $250 co-pay. Beware. This hospital is complete and utter joke. I hope they fail and shutdown for good. They are con-artists and thieves.
