My child had another fever so I brought my child here. There was a lot of parking, the facility was very clean and everything was new. The guy working at the front was very nice. We had a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. The doctor was thorough and the nurses were incredible. I couldn't have asked for better service or better care for my daughter.
I would give zero stars but cant! I took my daughter in because her eye was pink and I knew she was getting pink eye but the doctor said it was just viral. The next morning she woke up with discharge and it was swollen so I called my daughter's pediatrician and he sent medicine right away. The doctor sucks! The only good from this place was the staff and nurse were super nice and there was no wait
Dont waste your time here!!waited 3 hours for the doctor to tell he she thinks my son has a virus. I asked her questions and all she answered was ask the pediatrician...!EVERY QUESTION THE RESPONSE WAS ASK THE PEDIATRICIAN...when we were ready to leave all she said was keep doing what you are doing... didnt offer any medicine or any suggestions. I just took my daughter for a burning scalp due to eczema and was hurting her and all this brood of a doctor could say is that it wasn’t her specialty and could only recommend hydrocortisone on the scalp 2x a day. Once again states that she doesn’t know what’s wrong with her and that is all she recommend. Ugh!! That was a waste only thing good about this place was that my daughter was seen within 5 mins!!
Receptionist dude is really great, the asian chick there just doesnt know how to do a proper check up on children Didnt get any meds for them. (1 and a half and 2 and a half y.o.) They have both been throwing up and coughing for the past two days and nights. The asian lady said she has been the same with coughing for 6 weeks and said my kids would be fine.
