Very odd, we really wanted to use Radstone given the great reviews. Called 5-7 times over the course of 2 weeks, never picked up and no call backs. They were pretty responsive on Yelp messaging but not helpful at all, just simple basic replies. Every time I got a message I was left thinking "Okay, now what??? What is the next step?" Felt that we were trying to convince them to take our business - got tired of the lackadaisical approach and did just that, went with Marble Yard and had a great experience.
Bad quality, questionable sub-contractors lack of accountability and responsibility for the mistakes made.
