We have been to Rad's so many times for multiple cars within my family. They are very honest, fair with their pricing and personable when speaking with any of the staff. Most recently they worked on my daughter's car, in which she had been to them maybe a year earlier for a similar problem, and they fixed it at no cost and sent her on her way. They did tell her if the problem continued that the cost would only be $60 and to bring it back. That is still a very good price for a full-time college student, who doesn't make that ... read more

I had completely new suspension, tie rods/ uca, lca, / anti sway bar end links.. you name it i had it done. and not even 10 months later,,, i now feel every little pebble i run over. david or whatever..... Dude... everything was either way over tightened or not enough torque, all the rubber they SAID was replaced looked like it had been painted to look "pretty" but were still very corroded and no end links were ever replaced. UNEXCEPTIONABLE!

Sorry you had any trouble -- maybe you should have taking the car back in and let the mechanics look at it. Just a thought as they are really really good at taken care of any issues -- you would get a lot farther by that than just posting thank you
I had the AC, oil, and wind shield wipers corrected on Blackie, much to my Grand Pleasure. It was all done in less than an hour and is typical of the fine work Super Dave, Big Joe and the Crew does.
Fair pricing, really fast work. Very good customer service! I will def be back anytime I have a car issue :)
