She was more focused on explaining “she was not the primary care provider for our infant son” instead of listening to us regarding his symptoms and duration of illness. The summary of him shows inaccurate timelines of his illness such as his cough started 3 days ago but he’s been having congestion symptoms for almost 2 weeks. Horrible!
Dr. Djigrova is very attentive as a doctor. I’m really happy she is my doctor. There has been so many needs that unexpected hit my body and she was available for me virtually and in person when needed. I’m so thankful!
This office is horrible with follow-ups. You have to call to get any updates or to make sure they actually put in prior authorizations that are needed. In my case they did NOT and then they have horrible follow through even afterwards (almost a month after my appointment). Very sad and frustrating. Still trying to get things going.
