Mr. Stacy B****, owner of Radon X, immediately returned my initial phone call. After explaining my situation, a day was quickly scheduled for the mitigation. I received an e-mail detailing the work to be performed and the cost. The process was completely stress free. Mr. Busch did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. Upon completion of the work, all scrap materials were disposed of and the area the pvc was installed vacuumed. I highly recommend Radon X.
Radon X was here today and found our issue immediately. Although they were not the company that originally installed the system, they came to our rescue, after the original installers failed to return our calls.
