My wife and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at this company for the outstanding service they have provided us since 1999 when our radon mitigation system was initially installed. At that time our basement radon level tested out at 8.1 picocuries per liter (pCi/l) of air. The national average indoor radon level is about 1.3 pCi/l. I called the company on October 18, 2018 to request service on a unit they originally installed. I called them again on October 22 and they were suppose to get back with me and failed to do so. As of today, Oct. 31, they have not returned my call. I am looking at this as a blessing because I called their competitor, *******, and they were out here promptly, discovered the issue immediately, and did not even charge us! I am happy to report that Radon Technology provided exemplary service and addressed an issue related to my basement sump and the mitigation system they had installed six years earlier. Our sump pump had failed and I was uncertain that the radon fan draw which connected to the sump through the perimeter pipe system was excessive. Their techs worked with me and my plumber to assure that the systems were working appropriately and actually improved the operation of the radon system in the process.
