I contacted RTI after my radon meter reported higher than recommended levels. Dan answered the phone and fielded all of my questions. Adam came the next day to check my basement to help build the estimate. After receiving the estimate Dan answered more of my questions and I decided to move forward with RTI. I contacted numerous other radon contractors in the area. Some never got back to me while others couldn’t commit to an appointment date/ time. Dan was very communicative, set an appointment time, was punctual and provided fairly priced service as well as a warranty on my new radon fan. I had a follow up question days after my new radon fan was installed and Dan called me back to deal with my concern. I would highly recommend Radon Technologies Inc.
Dan was great and took his time with installing our mitigation system. Our home was a tricky one to have it installed but he did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!
I've worked with Bob for many years through the company I work for and he has been nothing but professional and has great customer service. He is very busy and may take a little time to get appointments scheduled, but that's not what I consider poor customer service. It's a reflection on how busy his company is and that speaks volumes. We have used Radon Technologies for years and have been extremely happy with his work, and we have never had anything to complain about. I highly recommend them!
