Dan was great and took his time with installing our mitigation system. Our home was a tricky one to have it installed but he did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!

Dan @ RTI was quite helpful in helping us resolve a problem with equipment installed by another company. Professional, courteous, and timely. We definitely will call Dan when we need another fan installed in a few years.

I've worked with Bob for many years through the company I work for and he has been nothing but professional and has great customer service. He is very busy and may take a little time to get appointments scheduled, but that's not what I consider poor customer service. It's a reflection on how busy his company is and that speaks volumes. We have used Radon Technologies for years and have been extremely happy with his work, and we have never had anything to complain about. I highly recommend them!

Bob Mahoney is the owner of Radon Technologies. It is hard to imagine a worse experience when dealing with a contractor (or any business for that matter). We are at a loss for words to describe just how poorly this company is run, and how shoddy the work was. The 'customer service' is absent in every way. Just getting him to call back is nearly impossible. We had to hire another company to fix his work. Definitely not recommended. Find another radon mitigation company - there are plenty more to choose from.
