BUYER BEWARE!! Tom installed the radon system but then stated that a radon test would need to be completed in order to make sure the system was working properly. Tom was then paid (BIG mistake!) but completely failed to complete the test, despite an appointment being setup to do so (he was a no-call, no-show), and numerous calls placed by myself asking for an explanation.
