I contracted this company for mitigation, unfortunately after install they had to come back and modify as there was no reduction in radon levels. After modification, again no reduction. They have never called back to follow up, never received my test results. They do zero pre-testing and just go on what ever is easy for them. No PFE (pressure fill extension) testing at all, no calculation on pipe size or blower size. Stay away, look else where.

Timely communication from Sales team and installer. Very professional installation. Installer was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job. Highly recommend Radon Survey Systems.

Radon tests in my basement, near my home office work area came in a 6.5, 7.0 and 6.0. I cross referenced BBB and Google and decided to call Radon Survey Systems. After some initial miscommunication, they emailed a reasonable quote and were able to schedule the work to be done within the same week. The technicians were professional, completely cleaned up the work area and everything looks great. Follow up tests registered 0.9 Would recommend.
