Stan is a nice enough guy. But I remain very disappointed in how disorganized he appeared. Paid my $135 last summer for a 3-month test. Instead of his reminding me that it was time for him to swing back around and pick up his device, I had to remind him a couple of times (texts I still have on my phone). We took several bids on our radon mitigation work. We ended up electing to use Radon Solutions because they took the time to explain their quote to us “on site” vs companies that just gave us their pricing over the phone but never visited our house. We later discovered that these companies were out of the Midwest and had simply bought local phone numbers that they routed calls to their “telemarketers” at. I’m so glad I ran across Radon Solutions. My house was selling and the buyer had their home inspector do a radon test. It came back slightly high. I called Radon solutions and got them to come out to give me a quote! When Stan arrived, he asked to see a copy of the test report. He indicated that it looked to him like the test was done during two days of rain, which could’ve affected the results. He recommended a retest be done. I had him do that! Radon system poorly installed. Independent company test results come back above EPA standards however Stan does not remedy The system so that it properly works. Very disappointing
Owner had unprofessional attitude and was argumentative. Would not recommend
