UNRELIABLE. Had Kenny come out. Lots and lots of talk. He wanted to do a lot of additional testing and make the process very cumbersome and expensive. Over weeks to months he kept saying that he would get to our job. Never did. Finally, we went with someone else who came out and did the job in two days at nearly half the cost that Kenny was suggesting. Buyer beware.
Ken was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing as he went through the process of testing our house so I understood what was going on. Couldn't be happier with Ken and Radon Solutions.
