Had an appointment with Greg, he decided to add another appointment prior to mine and didnt notify me of schedule change. Would not recommend if owner of a company cannot schedule correctly and call customers and advise them of change then I'm not sure he can run a company properly. He has yet to date, two weeks.later call to apologize for he screw up.

I have to agree with the vast majority of reviewers here about the excellent service we received from Radon Removal Systems. Prior to the installation, Greg, the owner, came by and gave us a thorough explanation of how the system works and what would be involved in our installation if we chose to move forward. He patiently addressed all our concerns with thoughtful, cogent responses. He also did a wonderful job keeping the drama low. I contacted RRS after a home inspection found radon levels above EPA guidelines. I noted to them that this was for a real estate transaction and I was somewhat pressed for time for mitigation and to perform another test. Greg immediately came out for a site visit and advised me of the work in order to assure levels below 4.0. Phil came out within days and re did the existing sub-slab suction point that was improperly installed by the builder, and tied in a second suction point across the basement. I had my Radon system installed on 11/8/22. The installers were very friendly and professional. They installed my system in under two hours and my basement was clean when they left. I have a electronic radon monitor and since I purchased my home this past August, my radon hit a high of 10 and my long term radon level had been 7.7 for a few weeks. We would highly recommend this company. They installed our system almost 4 years ago, when we purchased the house. As part of the initial install, they replaced 2 existing sub pumps. Just recently, one of the sub pumps was was operating incorrectly. We called Greg and he immediately came to inspect the pump. He not only ordered a new one, but took the time to adjust the existing pump to help it not malfunction until the new one came in. If it were to shut-off, the basement would flood.
