Our Home Inspection indicated we had radon levels above what it should be. We contacted Radon Removal Systems and they quickly got us an appointment to install the system. Victor and Joe were fabulous! They came in and installed the system in the perfect place, and slightly hidden from view. They were very polite and cleaned up so you could never tell they were there. Wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone with Radon issues.
When I called to schedule the estimate for radon mitigation I spoke with Greg and he was so professional and reassuring that I was positive I was going to work with this company moving forward. He scheduled my estimate about a week and a half later and I received a couple other estimates during that time but Greg really impressed me. The guys who showed up to do my estimate were two hours late, absolutely covered in fiberglass that tracked throughout my house and could not have cared less about their jobs. Had an appointment with Greg, he decided to add another appointment prior to mine and didnt notify me of schedule change. Would not recommend if owner of a company cannot schedule correctly and call customers and advise them of change then I'm not sure he can run a company properly. He has yet to date, two weeks.later call to apologize for he screw up.
I have to agree with the vast majority of reviewers here about the excellent service we received from Radon Removal Systems. Prior to the installation, Greg, the owner, came by and gave us a thorough explanation of how the system works and what would be involved in our installation if we chose to move forward. I had my Radon system installed on 11/8/22. The installers were very friendly and professional. They installed my system in under two hours and my basement was clean when they left. I have a electronic radon monitor and since I purchased my home this past August, my radon hit a high of 10 and my long term radon level had been 7.7 for a few weeks.
