I had a radon test on my basement come back a bit high. I contacted several companies to get a quote for radon as well as moisture control in my seldom used basement. One quote I got was for $10k. When Steve assessed my home, he recommended I test all the living spaces and if the tests come back ok, then work on just the moisture issue.
