Had a radon system put in as part of a house sale in 2020. Had an issue with it recently and Paul responded quickly and fixed the issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use RCP in the future.
Had a radon system put in as part of a house sale in 2020. An electrical outlet was installed outside to power the fan. That outlet wasn't to code, causing water migration and corrosion of the wiring, ultimately shorting out the circuit it was on. Cost me nearly $1,300 to have it rewired and brought up to code. I'm currently trying to contact Paul about this matter and have heard nothing back. I'll update this review as this progresses.
Paul and team were wonderful, they were able to quickly schedule and repair our fan. It was a seamless and efficient customer experience.
The company owner, Paul, was punctual, professional, personable and effective. We agreed on the price for the job -- which was for inspection of the existing pump, and likely replacement thereof (which was in fact the case) -- prior to his arrival -- and that is what Paul charged me. I was impressed with Paul and his assistant's word product and recommend them to others who may need radon remediation.
