Had Paul install a Rafon System in 2022.I have actively been trying to reach him since October due to system not functioning properly.Please call as this is a serious issue.Please check your messages for my phone number.Time is of the essence

Had a radon system put in as part of a house sale in 2020. Had an issue with it recently and Paul responded quickly and fixed the issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use RCP in the future.
Had a radon system put in as part of a house sale in 2020. An electrical outlet was installed outside to power the fan. That outlet wasn't to code, causing water migration and corrosion of the wiring, ultimately shorting out the circuit it was on. Cost me nearly $1,300 to have it rewired and brought up to code. I'm currently trying to contact Paul about this matter and have heard nothing back. I'll update this review as this progresses.
