We worked with Radon Associated to install a radon system into our home. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They started off with the basics to make sure that our radon test came back safe verses upselling all this stuff right off the bat. I would highly suggest this company. We are so happy with our results!!
Unprofessional and overpriced TLDR; drilled into my heated floor pipe did not fix it, brought his kid with and was quite overpriced, seek other options. I wanted to give someone local support for my radon mitigation system. From the start he arrived late, we had previously discussed via email that i had a heated floor and he said that would not be a problem, he forgot the tool he needed to check where the tubes were so he left for an hour to retrieve the tool. Quick and easy process. I contacted Radon Associates and it was easy to have an onsite assessment scheduled and completed, and same process for having the system actually installed. Mike was great to work with and I'd highly recommend to anyone.
