We had a great experience with this radon abatement company. John was very responsive from the beginning, especially compared to the other companies I contacted for installation quotes. The pricing was absolutely worth it because the quality of work was very high. His team was amazing and did an excellent job installing our radon mitigation system. The installation itself went smoothly, the system works well, and the price was reasonable. However, communication could be better. It took awhile to get a quote and then scheduled. I overlooked all that since they came so highly recommended. Communication to get the mitigation system reimbursed by my FSA wasn't great, but it was eventually approved. I'll chalk up John's initial response to being stressed or caught in a bad moment.

John was fantastic to work with on Radon remediation. He was responsive, very knowledgeable, and helpful to get out project completed. His team was respectful, and did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a excellent Radon company in the DMV!
