The staff is very rude and un professional they need to act like they wanna be there a little more or don't be in the business at all!!!!!!!
These are the only apartments that I know of that does not abide by the renter laws. They make their own up as they go. The owner spent thousands on his penthouse apartment, lobby, and the office, while the apartments are literally falling apart. Air conditioners falling out of the walls. Waters turned off all the time. Roaches everywhere. And rude beyond belief! And they made a new rule, you can get evicted if your wear flip flops! REALLY!? Nasty place needs to be bulldozed!
Worst Place I've Ever Lived – This place is HORRIBLE. Cockroaches everywhere, no insulation (anywhere near the windows or the outer walls has a cold draft), rude office staff and maintenance, greedy owner, allergy producing incense in the lobby, handicapped parking spaces are too narrow. Only choose this elderly ghetto if there is NO other alternative. Avoid this place at all costs! I am SO glad to be escaping the constant problems with the plumbing as well as the roaches I mentioned earlier.
Rat Hole – This place is a real rat hole that needs to be burned down. A bunch of trashy lowlifes live there shootings often and it seems that the management doesnt care about their residents how can you collect rent if one is dead out of 10 i give this minus one trillion
OMG – It wasn't this bad a few years ago.. But so much drug use. Pep just throw garbage everywhere.. TG Candy is no longer here. Im on disability.. Didn't do anything to deserve livin in a "Prison Camp" we have 2 fight off druggies, being assulted, bed bugs, roaches.. I keep my apart CLEAN..But some pep here don't know the meaning of the word "Clean" glad I have a place 2 live but don't understand why we have to live in these conditions.. Worked my whole life for this?
Careful what you step into here... – I have seen drugs being bought and sold in both buildings, found needles all around and drunks sit outside the main doors living it up and bumming all sorts of things from money to cigarettes from all that enter the buildings... I'm just getting back on my feet and really am grateful for the help but if I had it to do over, I would stay with friends or in a hotel. Horrible – Do not ever rent here horrible conditions
Never give 24 hour notices! – Ok heres the deal it is a great place to live and I love my apt, its very nice and all but I am tired of the management. There is new Managers and they really just dont respect you or your things. They have came in my apt. 4 times w no notice and told me to deal w it! They even tryed to come in my apt on a sunday during the blackout w the key and I was sitting right there and I didnt even have a chance to get up and answer the door!
NICE FOR FAMILYS WHO REALLY NEED THE HELP – I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TEN YEARS AND AM VERY HAPPY.THE STAFF AND MAINTANANCE TREAT ME WELL.SEEM'S THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO AREN'T HAPPY ARE THE ONE'S WHO ARE CAUSING THE PROBLEM'S.YES WE ARE NOW UNDER NEW OWNER'S AND THEY PLAN ON UPGRADING ALL THE APARTMENT'S AND THE GROUND'S.SO GIVE THEM A BREAK,TREAT YOUR NEIBORS WELL AND HOPE THEY DO THE SAME.THERE ARE A FEW PROBLEMS BUT ALL COMPLEX'S HAVE THAT.WE HAVE SOME BAD TENET'S AND I HOPE THEY STEP UP AND GET RID OF THE TROUBLE MAKE'S.ME MYSEL... read more
