I stayed in apartment 1027. My landlord is great, and this apartment is absolutely stunning. It has a great view, hardwood floors, and huge space. BUT Security personal harass people . Packages go missing, and they make you sign for packages, and then dont give you the packages. YES, they make you sign so that there is no liability, and then don't give you packages. If you complaint, you would face retaliation. The management, and the security at the front desk are really really bad, just wait till the time your packa... read more

The folks who live at RH are friendly, kind and considerate. The office works with you to solve any issues that you may have. The maintenance staff and security personnel are excellent and competent beyond anything that I have ever seen in condo living. Also, the pool and barbecue areas are beautiful and user-friendly. All in all, RH is a safe and beautiful environment with nice people around 24 hours.

The biggest problem with Radnor House is the management running it. Mean to tenants, quick to fine, and unfriendly front office. How bad? The on-site manager needed a personal security guard to protect her for months because someone had threatened her life. And the place already has 24-hour security. The rest of the staff who work there are terrific.

I've lived here 6 months and have already paid $335 in fines. I locked myself out of my apartment when I first moved in ..... $125. Then today in 2 degree weather they towed my car. Had to call a cab to get to the towing place. Pay for that plus tip then $210 to the towing company plus tip. Lost my debit card when I was at the bank pulling money out to pay the towing company. The security guards were so nice when I first moved here. The current guards are like the gestapo.....cold, unfeeling. There still is one guard who is ... read more
