I moved to Hunters Chase from North Jersey to be closer to my family in the South Jersey/Philadelphia Metro. I moved into a 1 BR w/Den Apt. on 8.30.2024. I paid approx. $2,200 a month for rent, apt. insurance (their insurance), water, sewer and "convenience fees." Terrible/horrible/poor living experience. The buildings are old, the construction is weak and there's no proper sound proofing/insulation between the apartments. Can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Stomping/banging/dragging of things is the order of the day. There's no peace and quiet, literally. The management says it's apartment living and completely acceptable. Their solution is just learn to live with it. Good luck to you if you choose this place!!

Scully company is the typical property management company that only cares about profits. I’ve been renting an apartment in plantation, FL for 7 months now and I’ve had the worst experience I’ve had in my entire life when it comes to leasing an apartment. I want to warn others to stay away from any of the properties these people run. Management in the community is unresponsive, unprofessional, and they simply do not care.
