First, let me say Monica is exceptional but Serena she likes to argue and defend her employees even when they are in the wrong. I have a child that is disabled and the workers clock in and then become missing. One time I waited three hours for his aid after he had clocked in. I refused to leave and when he showed up he said he was using the bathroom. Then the same aid told me he was on lunch break and didn't know the location of my child. Radnon is not professional. Their behavior, in our opinion, both by management and aides, is nothing short of dangerous and criminal. Seek help elsewhere and save yourself from a terrible experience. Home aides are not trained, and get no ongoing training, issues we've tried to deal with range from not understanding simple sanitation standards and common procedures (not one has known how to properly clean a bed bound patient or unload/load a dishwasher), to having accurate knowledge of state or federal labor regulations. Poorly trained aides. Found one sleeping on the job. They don't follow directions and, apparently, asking them to do so means you are talking to them badly. Stay away from this provider!!
