I went In for a thyroid ultrasound and one of the technicians calls me over to do it. Then he brings me in the room to do the ultrasound and he takes a ton of pictures of it and such after that after like 10 minutes I get up from the chair and I say does it look normal and he goes “no it doesn’t look normal” and I go, “okay so what’s wrong with it?” Then he says, “you’ll find out in two business days from your doctor.” So I’m like, you're telling me there is something wrong with my thyroid then saying I have to wait two days... read more

Don’t go here they wasted my time couldn’t even enter my insurance information to do my xray. Staff can’t to basic stuff.

I've been trying to get a radiology appointment for my developmentally disabled brother. He's a ward of the state of California, and he has " Medi-care and Medi-cal " Provided by the state. So the payment isn't the problem, but the real issue is with " RADNET " who has denied treatment for my brother 4 times !!! Because of a " signature or the doctor's orders " or something??? Llama uno porque el sitio web dice ABIERTO y en el teléfono dice que llame uno en el horario de business, el portal de paciente no sirve... aunque uno pone correctamente los datos dice que no existe la cuenta.... de veras... para qué tanta tecnología si no sirve

Had an MRI and brain scan. Great staff and quick in and out. Only had to poke me once for the contrast. Clean bathrooms, and plenty.
