I had a great experience. I was there for a CT scan of my heart, which required when IV to be inserted. Haley was fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable and masterful. It's a large beautiful office and I waited less than 10 minutes.
The worst service EVER!!! My apppointment was scheduled for 12:20pm, arrived 10mins early as suggested paid the extra $40 and 12:47 arrives and I’m was still waiting to be called. Cancel my appointment right then after being told there was only 1 technician on the floor.
I had no trouble making an appointment and the receptionist on the phone was nice, however I had a 4:45pm appointment was told to show up 15 minutes early no problem. I show up at 4:30 as requested and am not given my mri until 6pm. I ask multiple time how long the wait will be and am told not much longer for over an hour.
Everyone and everything is good before the appointment but after it’s almost impossible to get the results from this people. Everyone you talk too, has it’s own policies and when you can get your results. I had an mri last Friday I can’t get my report 5 days later after three calls and three different answers
When you book a room, you're supposed to get the room. Also, this place is going to give someone an mrsa infection at some point. They are swapping people out in the middle of MRIs without cleaning. They're so inexperienced it's embarrassing and dangerous.
