Everyone and everything is good before the appointment but after it’s almost impossible to get the results from this people. Everyone you talk too, has it’s own policies and when you can get your results. I had an mri last Friday I can’t get my report 5 days later after three calls and three different answers

When you book a room, you're supposed to get the room. Also, this place is going to give someone an mrsa infection at some point. They are swapping people out in the middle of MRIs without cleaning. They're so inexperienced it's embarrassing and dangerous.

They told me at their scheduling department that they will get the referral and gave my an appointment. I showed up to my appointment but they didn’t get the referral, so I was denied the MRI. Very limited minded employees, lack of empathy, no sense of problem solving. It’s amazing how they are able to keep their jobs or even the center to still be in business

Terrible! I have had to reschedule two different appointments on the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENTS due to my insurance not approving the appointments. Radnet kept saying that they would contact me and inform prior to the appointment if my insurance was approved or not, yet they failed to do this TWICE! Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time! The only reason I even found out my insurance was not approved was because I called an hour before my appointment both times to double check. They are very professional and no problem at all Very helpful too. All my Doctors receive all my results on time.
