Ordered a custom enclosed trailer, and it turned out great. It showed up in a reasonable time frame and the price was competitive.
The trailer we purchased was a quality product. However the staff was not very knowledgeable about the product and we had to call the factory to get simple answers to our questions. When we took delivery, there were many items on the pre buy checklist (like inflating the tires properly) and other minor details that should have been done by the dealer. When the owner insulted us we knew we would not be back or recommend them to anyone.
A great trailer buying experience! Was after a certain trailer and had multiple places to choose from.. After a few phone calls I could tell that this business was the one that I wanted to deal with, even if it was a couple of hours away. The owner & staff were no bull, not pushy, friendly and honest! Hard to find that these days... I really like the utility trailer you sold me and dealing with you guys, Thank You !! 👍
