Fantastic space. Energetic, friendly, and inclusive staff and owners. All levels welcome and feel supported from the moment you walk in.
I just got back into the gym after two years. Two things I thought of during my first workout back. I love it because of the atmosphere. Everyone: the coaches and members are helpful and kind. You can't help but to feel like everyone is there for your growth. My second thought, I remembered why I hate it. In the middle of the workout when the burn is on and things are getting harder, I asked myself "why the hell am I doing this to myself?" Anyhow, go get it! You can do this!
Coach Omar and Coach Rachel, Thank you so much for generously opening your doors yesterday and dedicating time to empower girls from our Girl Guides Unit here in our Oakville community. The girls had so much fun. Coach Omar you lifted their spirits while working them out! They truly enjoyed it. Not only did you demonstrate how important it it to stay fit but also teach them a sense of community by welcoming them to your facility. Thank you once again!
