I highly recommend Garrick Liang DMD. He was extremely professional, caring and informative.
As a new patient I was somewhat apprehensive. I was experiencing pain that my dentist could not locate so was referred to Radix. The staff was professional, courteous and efficient and Dr Liang was excellent. He walked me through the procedure and explained as he went along what was happening. His assistant was very gentle and soft spoken and just allowed you to feel relaxed and that you were in good hands. No more pain, job well done. I would return without hesitation.
Dr. Liang is great. After the freezing I never felt a thing during my root canal. If you have to get a root canal, 10 out of 10 recommend Radix for your treatment.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr Liang for the exceptional care. Even as a patient, i knew my treatment was not an easy one, but the results are absolutely wonderful. Dr Liang explained everything thoroughly before and after the procedure and treated me with incredible patient, always keeping my personal situation in mind. I've been to Dr. Ung twice now and I just have to say she is the best endodontist I've ever been to and I've been to a few. While other endodontists couldn't complete a full root canal, only 80% cuz my roots are extremely long and complex and they only gave 2 hours.. Dr. Ung made sure to complete the full root canal which took 2 days. And told me that she wouldn't want to leave me with a partially complete root canal in case it causes problems later... because she actually cares!
