Somewhat like flying Business Class, very attentive to any needs to make the visit pleasant and relaxed. My root canal procedure had Zero pain and I experienced no subsequent discomfort. Everything very clearly explained.
Dr Liang is a good communicator - he regularly explained and updated me on what he was doing during my one-hour session. The filling he put in after the root canal is a perfect fit and gives me the feeling that it is part of my tooth. I highly recommend Radix .
Skill, communication and patient comfort were all exceptional.
I've been to Dr. Ung twice now and I just have to say she is the best endodontist I've ever been to and I've been to a few. While other endodontists couldn't complete a full root canal, only 80% cuz my roots are extremely long and complex and they only gave 2 hours.. Dr. Ung made sure to complete the full root canal which took 2 days. And told me that she wouldn't want to leave me with a partially complete root canal in case it causes problems later... because she actually cares! Dr. Liang and the staff was absolutely fantastic. I got referred to Radix by my dentist to have 2 complicated root canals done. Dr. Liang explained everything in details and it was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend their office to anyone
