I was referred to radix from my dentist as I had a complicated root canal to take care of. Dr. Liang and the entire staff were unreal. He narrated the entire procedure and explained everything in great detail prior, during and after the procedure. He also thoroughly explained all the risks and rewards in doing the procedure. They use sophisticated equipment and make everything as comfortable as possible and pain free. I had a root canal done a couple of years ago and the dentist was not able to get all of the nerves out. Recently, the other nerves got infected and I was referred to Dr. Liang. I was in extreme pain and they squeezed me in later the same day and stayed past their operating hours to make sure my procedure got completed. Can't recommend this place highly enough! The front desk staff is first-rate. Sharon is incredibly compassionate and helpful; Sophie is very efficient and thorough. The doctor's assistant Soon Jeong is very kind and gentle. And Doctor Kimberley Ung is informative, communicates clearly, and has positively magical hands. I came to her in agony and, within minutes, FELL ASLEEP DURING A ROOT CANAL!!! This is unprecented and is the direct result of being in the care of gentle, soothing, highly skilled professionals. 5 out 5.
My experience with Radix Endodontics was amazing. I had my root canal done with Dr Garrick Liang & I’m glad I did. He is super welcoming & informative. He makes sure you know what the main issue is & takes you through step by step of what he’ll do to help. He also very honest about what he can & cannot do which I truly appreciate.
I had a twenty five year old root canal that was causing me a lot of trouble. Dr. Liang and his team were amazing from my first phone call to my completed treatment. I had two one hour sessions and can honestly say there was no pain and I was kept informed as to what was happening every step of the way. Would recommend Radix without hesitation.
