I completely agree with the above post, I had the same experience to the letter. Also, last year I was charged around $350-400 for my personal taxes. This year I received an invoice for $850 to do my personal taxes! How? HOW!?!?!
What a disappointment it was to work with Radix! I enjoyed my bookkeeper but when Maria, the owner was involved it all went downhill. Maria was condescending, complicated matters, arrived almost thirty minutes late to my last meeting, and left early. I could go on and on. I run my own company and cannot be an expert in everything.
