Absolutely useless customer service. Impossible to get a hold of. Have called them over 20 times over the course of 3 weeks and haven't been able to get through to anyone.
Nikki was amazing! She helped us find a home and with the process while we lived 4 hours away. Above and beyond she went, being there for us and checking on the home. Niki would send us pictures and video updates and was definitely in our corner looking out for us. If we ever buy another or sell our home we are going to stick with the best, Radius!
