What a wonderful experience. My partner and I worked with Sierra Flaso when we were looking for a space to rent in the Santa Ynez Valley. She was very supportive throughout the entire process and was able to meet with us multiple times to go over all of the details. Even today she’s been supportive of our business and checks in to see if we need anything. I highly recommend working with Radius Group if you are looking for small to large spaces. 10/10
Five Star Service... start to finish! Sierra Flaso and the Radius Group Santa Barbara went above and beyond for us! We had a very small excess space that we needed to find a sub tenant for. I worked with Sierra Falso throughout our lease process at Paseo Nuevo. From the very beginning, she was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, kept the process moving smoothly, and made what was a stressful experience, feel much easier. We appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication. Thank you, Sierra, for helping us bring Sweetaly Gelato to Paseo Nuevo. We highly recommend working with her!
Absolutely useless customer service. Impossible to get a hold of. Have called them over 20 times over the course of 3 weeks and haven't been able to get through to anyone.
Nikki was amazing! She helped us find a home and with the process while we lived 4 hours away. Above and beyond she went, being there for us and checking on the home. Niki would send us pictures and video updates and was definitely in our corner looking out for us. If we ever buy another or sell our home we are going to stick with the best, Radius!
