There were some minor communication issues in the beginning, but radius fencing is great at getting back to you and delivering excellent customer service! The team did a great job and the fence honestly looks amazing! So thankful for an affordable, trustworthy company to take care of our fence needs. Here is a before and after included in this review. Our old fence was falling down and we contacted Nathan at Radius to get an estimate for full replacement. We designed the fence we wanted and Nathan said they could build it and we got on their schedule. We decided on vertical boards for the street side and a board-on-board horizontal design for the backyard inside fence. Our fence was just completed and it is absolutely stunning! We had excellent service from Radius fence. Our automatic solar gate opener quit working and they were able to troubleshoot that to figure out there was a bad control board which was able to be replaced under warranty even though the opener was 5 years old and installed by a different company. They also upgraded the hinges on the gate which were in poor shape due to a bad design at installation and had been a longstanding concern. I am very impressed with Radius Gate and Nathan. I started with another company to put up my gate,just a random choice and it was not going well at all. That’s when I called Nathan at Radius and he was so helpful and professional. He came right out to do an estimate and was very clear and confident on when he could do the job.
