I have been a resident here at Radius since 2009 ( when it was called Silver Oaks). The demographics have changed. The up keep of the property has gone down. The bright light here is Trevon. He is one of the best part of Radius at ten mile. He is always courteous and polite and will go the extra mile to see that everything within his power is done
I cannot stand staying here. This property is like night and day from when I moved in here. They don't even try to make the outside look nice. Not to mention they never properly fix anything. I wish I took photos to add to this post. Burned down units have been sitting for more than 6 months and grass plus weeds are all over the area. The landscaping company they have is horrible. They probably hired them because they were cheap, and you can tell. Renters beware!!!
Do not rent from here. The property looks like it belongs in the hood. They have a burned-up building on the property that they don't landscape at all. This fire happened last year, and they are just letting the building sit there. They want to charge $2000 to stay at this property that belongs in a back alley. The staff here has let weeds take over the property. It looks a hot mess. Glad I am moving out soon. They wanted to go up a $100 and they have only gotten worse since we have stayed here.
