I moved into the apartment in 2016 and fell in love. I downgraded to a 1 bedroom in 2017 and its beep problems since. Since 2017 my garbage disposal was "fixed" 5 times before it was finally replaced and my AC has gone out 5 times and on the fifth time instead of fixing it they changed the air filter.
