Never got my damage deposit back. Emailed them they finally answered and they shorted me.
i genuinely cannot recommend living here. this apartment charges luxury prices but provides an experience that is anything but luxury. there are so many better options in the area that are much better and i wish i had chosen one of them instead. my biggest issue was management. i have never lived somewhere where i felt so dismissed every time i brought up a concern. it constantly felt like residents were an inconvenience rather than the people keeping this place in business. safety was one of the biggest problems. there wa... read more
I only lived at Radius for three months due to subleasing, and I can definitely say that these reviews are accurate. Although I find the front desk staff to be very helpful, one of the couple interactions I had with Raven specifically was really jarring. They were looking for someone, I'm assuming Shannon although I'm not sure, and told them that "some girl is here to move in today." My living experience here has been terrible and although the staff is very nice, they are completely useless. I will put in a complaint and have nobody follow up which is very annoying. Apartments are very mediocre and look run down compared to other parts of the building, only good thing about this place is the club room and they don’t do anything when your roomate is stealing from you. They towed me out of my own parking spot I pay 180$ a month for and I never got reimbursed. I tried to dispute it with a property manager but once they said they were going to check the cameras they stopped responding to me.
