They towed me out of my own parking spot I pay 180$ a month for and I never got reimbursed. I tried to dispute it with a property manager but once they said they were going to check the cameras they stopped responding to me.

I have lived in Radius for 3 years now. Two when it was with the UMN and one after. It is an amazing building to live in as a college student. It has great bus access, good amenities, and is close enough to Campus and Dinkytown that I can walk most places I want to go. The maintenance staff is helpful and problems are always fixed quickly. It’s a wonderful building if you want to focus on school and be close to the fun activities on campus. Would highly recommend to anyone going to the UMN

While the facility and apartments are nice, the on site management is awful. They advertised (and charged a lot of money for) many amenities that weren’t there for the first several months, while offering no compensation to residents. Office was never open (including during posted office hours) and the front desk was hardly ever staffed. Phone calls to the office were seldom answered and messages never returned.
