They send in random maintenence people, oftentimes without warning.
Do not live here at any cost or convenience. Several students, including international students have been charged post-move-out for entire appliance replacement due to minuscule wear and tear. I have seen several $800+ bills for things such as small dents in refrigerators and other appliances that were working in perfect condition all the way up until move out. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Outrageous prices and outrageous fees after move out. 0 stars if i could. Not worth the troubles.
Management is pretty terrible… parking in the garage is WAY overpriced and the cost was raised 2 or 3 times while I was living there as a student for 2 years. Apartments we’re not very clean when we moved in and walls are very thin. One night our upstairs neighbors had a RAGER stomping party for HOURS on end and I called the CA and front desk MULTIPLE times and they never took care of it.
