Radius is a great place to call home. Well-kept, great location, and very professional staff.
Strong leadership, onsite team exercises thorough due-diligence, can't really complain when the management is always looking out for us - highly recommend if you are considering the area
This rating is for Ashley at the leasing office. We toured with her and she was extremely professional, kind, and answered all of our questions really comprehensively. I recently also had an issue with another rental agency working with the apartments, and throughout it all she remained extremely professional and was super helpful, understanding, and friendly again. This place is a total scam. The move-out charges are insane — they hit me with $800, and for a 2B2B you’ll easily get robbed for around $1,800. Absolute daylight robbery. The management is completely useless — we lost two bikes, reported it multiple times, and they couldn’t care less. Zero accountability, zero responsibility. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this community. They only care about squeezing every last dollar out of you. Google review - 0/5
