"I strongly advise anyone looking at this building to keep searching. My experience here has been a nightmare of broken promises and management incompetence. 1. Breach of Lease & 'Ghost' Rules: The primary reason I moved here was the flexibility to transfer units after 3 months—a clause clearly stated in my lease for a $1,000 fee. Loud garbage trucks waking you up every single day at 4 AM in the morning. Non-stop noise from then continuing till later in the morning. Please avoid this apartment. The reviews speak for themselves
It has been a refreshing experience to finally tour a complex in seattle where we didn't feel intimidated. Moving is a hard process and Josh went above and beyond to make it feel easy finding a place that's not just as house but a home.
