The management of this apartment doesn’t help with any problems with the apartments. it’s 90 degrees in summer and the electrical lines are dropping all night and AC doesn’t work for more than 5 minutes and the electrical line trips. We’ve raised 4 complaints over 3 months with the property management for AC not working but they haven’t resolved this. Just moved into Radius and I’m already loving it! Huge shoutout to Josh - he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and made the entire move-in process a breeze. Seriously one of the friendliest, most helpful people I’ve met. Thanks to him, Radius already feels like home. I’m so excited to be here! 10/10 would recommend!
Horrible management that will find any reason to keep your deposit. This is a dishonest scam rental company that is slow to respond to request and are rarely in the office. There are much better options in SLU. They also reward tenants to write 5 star reviews. Without those incentives they would have 2 stars.
BE AWARE: This apartment community's closure charges are worse when you leave the apartment. They will charge unreasonable fees for cleaning and painting. Our charge was $1500 for painting. Even though there was no damage to it.
Rebecca was incredibly helpful during my move-in process. She was organized, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. From answering my questions to assisting with logistics, she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and settled in. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience much less stressful, and I really appreciate her support.
