Ideal first apartment. I chose 3rd floor to avoid pests as much as possible, roaches came from neighbors but with proper maintenance (on my end) I'd only see a baby every so often. Kitchen light went out my first 6 months living there and maintenance never fixed it (they've been in my apartment countless times as well). Overall was pleased with my 1 bedroom. Will be moving back in most likely.

I honestly have to admit folks if you are willing to work with them they will work with you. When I was confused and didn’t know what to do they actually took the time to email me and call me to work things over to do their best to help me get approved. I give them 100 stars if I could cause they are amazing good kind hearted people.
Really nice 👌 but cost is high. Other than that it's great
