Checked in. Given complimentary room upgrade to king. Woohoo. Get to room. 24th floor, look out windows, hand prints and other various body parts on the window. Look at the bed. Hair, dirt on the bed. Left. Went to put food in mini fridge later- mini fridge had copious amounts of KFC and takeout rotting inside. Luckily customer service was willing to change the sheets and take the rotting food out, on request. But, it was late and I was trying to go to bed. Parkade is abysmal, and you have to pay for it. We had a great experience staying at the Radisson downtown Winnipeg. We were in the city for a concert so the location was absolutely perfect since it was at the Canada Life Center. Extremely short walking distance as soon as we checked in we were automatically upgraded to a premium room, which was a very nice surprise. We were planning on using the Parkade, which was $17 per night, but we were offered a park and dine deal which included parking and breakfast buffet for both of us for $45 per night.
