Made a reservation for a queen room months in advance, only to arrive and be given a room with two twins. Staff was friendly, but they described this as an "upgrade" and avoided explaining how it happened. We try not to complain but at 6'5" my feet hung well off the end of the bed. There's obviously something wrong there... not necessarily a fault of the staff. In the morning they were still friendly but wouldn't do anything other than not charge us the $17 for parking. Great location - there are better options.
Was able to experience a great getaway. the restaurant is quite nice with plenty of different options with a buffet style option on saturdays. The bartender/server that served us was incredibly friendly & created some of the better cocktails I’ve had. The service was very reassuring and professional, with the housekeepers being incredibly understanding and kind. Overall me and my partner would rate it a 10/10 and would love to stay again.
No internet no cellular service no smart TV no coffee maker. It’s gets a ZERO
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, the room was spotless, and all the facilities were well maintained. Highly recommended for both business and family trips.
