Very disappointing experience. The coin laundry only accepts $1 and 25¢ coins — not even $2 coins. This is very inconvenient, and when I asked the front desk and several other staff members for change, no one was willing or able to help. The hotel name includes “Toronto Airport West,” which can be misleading and gives the impression that it is very close to the airport. Me and my partner have stayed here before so we always enjoy our stay. Few minor issues worth mentioning... room 514's door is very stiff so when entering or leaving it you have to push hard. Our shower tub was very slippery when showering, so be carefull (we put a bath towel down to stand on). Carpet appears to be stained through out the room. The hotel is old so we expect minor issues. We spent 800$ for 5 nights all tax included. We did our laundry there but front desk told us we were responsible for finding our own change... read more
