Worst night, there renovating and construction starts at 7am. A hotel 7am not cool. Then at 8:30 they started mowing and leave blowing. The front desk didn't care, when we checked in they said nothing about 7am construction, no warning nothing. No coffee in the morning, no ice machine nothing! When checking out the front desk was RUDE. The price was normal price. No warning, no price reduction nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotle
DO NOT STAY HERE GO TO BEST WESTERN PLUS BOOKED STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS USING 40,000 HOTEL MEMBER POINTS. FRONT DESK CONFIRMED PHOTO CURRENT DRIVERS LIC WAS ACCEPTABLE. DROVE 2 HOURS TO HOTEL..MANAGER WOULD NOT ALLOW CHECK IN AND DELETED ALL POINTS TO ZERO!! WORST HOSPITALITY.....DO NOT STAT HERE.TRY BEST WESTERN PLUS SANTA MARIA WITH AMAZONG HOSPITALITY AND AWESOME BREAKDAST!
We were at the hotel for a weekend vacation but hotel was under construction and we were not advised of it. On Saturday they started at 7am same on Sunday . Hotel dirty , noisy. I talked to the receptionist about she said that she couldn’t do anything that if I want to talk to the manager I had to be the there between 3-7 pm. It was the worst experience.
I stayed here once a few years ago and was very happy with my experience, came again for a wedding in October 2025, very disappointed. Most of the outlets in the room don't work, no water for sale or as a courtesy in the room all they have is Gatorade for $4 for a 12 ounce bottle, the only ice machine is on the fourth floor. I wish I didn’t have to write this terrible review but I want to warn others so they don’t waste their money. I arrived today and checked in to the hotel. Significant major construction is going on in all the common areas which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Upon entering my room I first noticed the carpet was so filthy I did not want to remove my shoes. The room was warm, but after seeing all the clumps of dust and mold in the air conditioning unit I chose not to turn it on. The room had a strong damp musty smell... read more
