Marie who is the manager of the front desk inform me that I could not use my debit card for incidentals. This is the same card I used to pre pay for the room and is the same card I used at the same hotel 4 months ago when I stayed there. She told me that do not accept pre paid cards like cash app, PayPal and chime I googled for her and said while cash app and pay pal are pre paid cards that you have to load chime is a visa debit card that I have my government check deposited in to and chime is FDIC insured. Made reservations thru the hotel website to avoid any confusion that comes from 3rd party. Multiple rooms, for multiple nights with multiple guests. Hotel absolutely refused to allow individuals to gain entry because they lumped all guest under 1 guest. We purposely named each guest so this wouldn't be a problem. Meanwhile my employees had to wait HOURS to gain entry WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE CORPORATE CREDIT CARD coveting the cost of the rooms. Customer service IS POOR. UNCOOPERATIVE, UNREASONABLE AND RUDE
I would give a zero star for this hotel. Staying in this hotel was the WORST experience ever. As we checked in the room was stinking, toilet had a leak, thermostat was not working and bed sheet had a big hole in it! They got a room heater and sheets after 1 hour of us complaining. Front desk staff and manager were very rude. She seemed very frustrated and ended up shouting on us where we should be the one frustrated and shouting. Overall I wouldn’t spend 100 bucks on this place instead prefer sleeping in my car.
As of 01/20/2025, undergoing a full restoration. I was told they start at around 7:30 am and finish around 6:30 pm. The restaurant is being refurbished so seating is in the lobby, but they still serve the whole menu. The rooms are, well, roomy but definitely in need of restoration. Mine included a mini fridge and a microwave. The room has a small balcony; mine overlooked the pool and hot tub. The bathroom was large with a full tub and shower.
