The hotel is very misleading. They show renovated rooms on their website, but I was given an old room at check-in. To get the renovated room, they asked for an additional $40 per room.
I’ve never given a poor rating until now. The whole hotel is under construction, which I had no idea of. Hearing sounds of construction during visit was annoying to say the least. Stayed for two nights while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Poor choice for our stay this trip.
I walked in and out of the room. Couldn’t get a refund. And been trying to get a receipt since 10/5/25… the room was $250 and won’t be able to reimburse it. They tell me they are getting a new system every time I call and Connor populate old receipts… and when I left, the printer was broken. Do not stay here.
Currently staying during the renovation. $40 extra for renovated rooms, but there's tape, dust, and debris everywhere. The taped off areas are opening and dust is getting everywhere in the hallways. The rooms are unfinished. There is still dost from hanging in the bathrooms. The Internet is unavailable and the pool/hot tub and outdoor patio area are caution taped off.
