Excelente servicio
Trish checked us in yesterday was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.She made the check-in process smooth and easy. She has beautiful smile positive attitude. She provided excellent service. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a great impression and made us feel truly welcomed. We are regular guest, however this is the first time we felt welcomed in this hotel her service is best, highly recommended hotel from now on. Thank you Trish -Smith
Was not made aware of MAJOR construction and wasn’t sure if they were open. No signage regarding detour for entrance and had to ask a construction worker. Carpets covered in plastic, got to the lobby to find staff checking people in on temporary tables. Ladders, impact guns, caution tape everywhere. It was very apparent the company should have not accepted reservations until they were done. This was very bad; I paid a total of $290.00 on Priceline: TV didnt work, no food, no snacks, no bar, no gym, nothing! pay for your own breakfast which was bad. They are under construction, understood but at least provide some amenities. I should have stayed at Motel 6. Dont do i!!!
8/31/26 Under a 2 year renovation plan, eventually will be a Marriott. On the date I stayed no passenger elevators, an employee has to be summoned to run the service elevator, after that you are told that you need to use the stairs for coming and going. Both of us have bad knees… 4th floor equaled 8 flights… major bummer. Really nice beds, linens, tv, shower… immaculate newly remodeled.
