Due to a fire at my home I chose this hotel for my son and I to stay that night. After going up stairs to the third floor room both my son and I started having burning eyes, burning throat, coughing and trouble breathing. Went out to the hallway and noticed that the plastic on the interior balcony was no longer intact and dust was caked on the railings. My son and I stepped outside the building and our symptoms lessened. My son has asthma so only o went back up to gather our things. We used nothing nor disturbed anything in ... read more
Booked a handicapped room but when we arrived was told there aren’t any available due to the remodel. No apologies. No compensation

We were guests at this hotel over Christmas. Both nights we were awaken from sleep in the middle of the night by fire alarms. In addition, Thursday morning from ~ 5 am to 6 am there was construction or loading noise constantly~ sounded like pallets being dropped. There were other sleep disruptions including a baby crying from 6-7am Thursday, dog barking in another room Wednesday ~9 pm.
