My husband and I recently attended a hockey game in Salt Lake City. It had been a rough day for me, and I was concerned about parking and location. The Radisson was convenient and offered a great option for dinner. Upon arrival Lisa and Bryan made us feel like VIP's - They went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!
For the amount of money you pay to stay here you would think that comes with a certain level of respect and customer service. The overnight lady was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to get something to drink because the vending machines my floor was broke. When I asked the front desk she told me I can call the number on the machine and did not want to help me get a soda. I did ask her if there was a mini market that I could buy something and she rolled her eyes at me saying they only have coke available. It wasn't hard... read more
Comfortable and quiet stay - friendly staff
Great to go to jazz games. Little disappointed I had to pay for parking for the first time.
